Next week is Teacher Appreciation Week! Be sure to thank all the educators who work to grow, develop, and empower our next generation! If you or your company/organization would like to donate something to the staff, please get in touch with our front office. Thank you!
We have only 19 instructional days left before final exams begin! There are just 15 days of 5th period attendance recovery remaining before the semester ends. Remember, you can lose credit for failing a class or for missing too many days in a class.
Celebrations:
● Congratulations to our Ladybirds Softball Team! They are the regular season and tournament conference champions!
● Congratulations to Mr. Mike Bartholomew! He has been named the NCPS CTE Teacher of the Year!
● Congratulations to Fallon Curtis for earning a gold medal in the SkillsUSA competition recently, and she will be heading to nationals in Atlanta, GA!
Current 11th graders, please schedule your meningococcal conjugate vaccine before next school year; ensure these records are shared with our school nurse, Mrs. Jamie Perry! Thank you!
We wanted to be proactive and share this year’s final exam schedule with you! It has been modified so we can receive test scores back in a timely manner:
June 2nd - 3rd period exams
June 3rd - 1st period exams
June 4th - 2nd period exams
June 5th - 4th period exams
June 6th - Makeup Test Day and EOC Remediation Day
Also, be on the lookout for a special project that rising seniors should work on over the summer!
