As we continue to settle into the second semester here at Southern Nash, please add these dates to your calendars!
Feb. 10 & 11: Teacher Workdays - No School for students
Feb. 13: NCPS CTE Showcase @ Nash Community College, 4:30 - 6:30 PM
This event will allow students to participate in many hands-on career experiences. You will be able to talk to Nash County school staff, college staff, and professionals about careers that interest you. Also, there will be four large giveaways that you will be automatically entered into if you attend the CTE Showcase. The prizes are an Xbox or Playstation, a 50" TV, a gift card bundle, and Beats Studio Headphones. You must be present to win. Also, food trucks will be on-site for dinner purchases.
Parents, please remember that morning dropoff is only at the main entrance, also known as the Spring Hope side. At dismissal, if you arrive before the bell rings at 2:30, you can park in the student parking lot along the back row and you will be dismissed quicker!
